## 穴 Eastern Pacific 7-Day Outlook
While the Eastern Pacific basin is entering a highly active convective cycle, all potential systems are projected to track completely away from the continent:
* Offshore Area of Interest (South of Mexico): A low-pressure system is expected to form early next week several hundred miles south of southwestern Mexico. Conditions are favorable for gradual development, giving it a medium 50徂ance of tropical depression formation by mid-week. However, current steering currents pull this system west-northwestward into open waters, leaving Central American waters clear.
* Open Pacific Gyre: Deep tropical moisture pipelines far off the coast of Central America are keeping the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) highly active, but no closed cyclonic circulations are developing close to shore.

Local civil protection authorities warn that typical, non-cyclonic afternoon downpours this week will easily trigger flash floods, rapid river rises, and sudden mudslides along mountainous corridors.
