By the original bbs model, regional, continental etc bulls message areas was decided to be as it is. Sending it out of original destination area - just an error choice of sysops in current internet forwarding era, where no problem of making extra traffic - its not going over slow HF or VHF packet channels. But has some one asked himself if that area's content and its authors wants to be forwarded out over of its original destination?! And most likely the answer is obvious, no. Maybe regional traffic now is very small or even not exist - just of our low activity at all. So all who active just now posts almost all to @ww. Also there should be some bulls sent to xxx@AMSAT area (satellite news, updates of KEPS data for orbits) and this area was always agreed to be distributed same as @WW, so to everyone. But if you personally like to get that 'out of your area' bulls on your bbs, its no problem to ask a sysop-partner in that are to setup send it to your bbs. But please keep the rule not send it to other partners that is out-of original destination area. 73, Sergej.
