XUBUNTU 22.04

Issue discovered various computers after running system update(s).

PROBLEM: The SUPER key (SUPER L or WINdows key) used to toggle the APPLICATIONS MENU open/closed
but after system updates no longer did. Online research didn't find a solution BUT
suggested that the APPLICATIONS overview might be the application "Whisker Menu".
          - Open KEYBOARD settings - APPLICATION SHORTCUTS
          - Find xfce4-popup-whiskermenu (my case example)
This was found with a shortcut CTRL+ESC
...this works but is not intuitive here.
          - ADD a SHORTCUT...enter xfce4-popup-whiskermenu (my case example)
          - When prompted, type the SUPER (WINdows) key and close.
          - Test OK.
          - The unwanted shortcut originally found can be REMOVEd if desired.
