WINB's schedule stays with Eastern Time, so the UTC times have changed accordingly (if all goes as planned). Note that the first WINB Shortwave Radiogram transmission is UTC Friday (Thursday in North America) at 0030-0100 UTC on 9265 kHz. This will be the same local time in most of North America, i.e. 1930 EST, etc. The second WINB transmission is now UTC Saturday 0330-0400 UTC, also on 9265 kHz. Again, same local times in most of North America, i.e. 2230 EST, etc. Most other Shortwave Radiogram transmissions stay with their UTC times, so local times change for most of us. (I almost missed the Wednesday 1330 UTC broadcast because of this.) A video of last week's Shortwave Radiogram (program 424) is provided by Scott in Ontario[0] (Wednesday 1330 UTC). The audio archive is maintained by Mark in the UK[1]. Analysis is provided by Roger in Germany[2]. Other listener-supplied resources: IQ recording and other items from H0B0_Radio in Washington state[3]. And image archive from John in California[4]. Here is the lineup for Shortwave Radiogram, program 425, 7-12 November 2025, in MFSK modes as noted: 1:39 MFSK32: Program preview 2:50 MFSK32: Iceland now has mosquitoes 8:46 MFSK64: North Korea left in dark as foreign broadcasts end 13:13 MFSK64: This week's images 28:31 MFSK32: Closing announcements Please send reception reports to radiogram@verizon.net And visit http://swradiogram.net Bluesky: swradiogram.bsky.social or https://swradiogram.bsky.social Twitter: @SWRadiogram or https://twitter.com/swradiogram (visit during the weekend to see listeners’ results) Facebook group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/567099476753304 Shortwave Radiogram Gateway Wiki: https://wiki.radioreference.com/index.php/Shortwave_Radiogram_Gateway UTC DAY UTC TIME FREQUENCY kHz TRANSMITTER ------------------------------------------------------------ Friday 0030-0100 9265 WINB Pennsylvania Saturday 0330-0400 9265 WINB Pennsylvania Saturday 2300-2330 9455 WRMI Florida Sunday 0900-0930 7780 WRMI Florida Sunday 1530-1600 9955 WRMI Florida Monday 0800-0830 5850 WRMI Florida Wednesday 1330-1400 15770 WRMI Florida Other Shortwave broadcast programs that include digital text and images include The Mighty KBC, Pop Shop Radio and Radio North Europe International (RNEI).
