is there any console output ? start bcm directly from a shell instead service

73,
hpm
-----------

I always used the following startup script:

------
#! /bin/sh
# rc.bcm Thu 12 Dec 2019 05:15:25 PM CET
#
cd /bcm
rm -f fwd/wlog/*.bcm
rm -f log/*.bcm
rm -f trace/*.bcm
#
./bcm </dev/tty8> /dev/tty8 &
sleep 3
------

and it seems that the monitor activity
on tty8 is normal as due; only the login
console remain stuck.
